Context:
Teamwork efficiency often suffers from intuitive over analytic reasoning, perception of ideas hinging on status of its messenger, rigid role definition, self-censorship, fear of uncertainty, mistake aversion, pride, or inadequate incentives, to name a few.
Objectives:
Trainees will be exposed to their own practices and equipped with practical approaches to implement a work culture conducive to rational thinking and analytical reasoning within teams.

Context:
Contrary to what one may think about their rational capacities, regardless of our experience, without formal training on cognitive biases and analytical thinking, we all tend to make irrational decisions.
Objectives:
Trainees will be exposed to their own biases and learn how to mitigate them. They will acquire simple analytical techniques which will significantly improve their capacity to analyze information and find solutions to complex problems.

Context:
Using data analysis in decision-making is the holy grail for project and team management. Contrary to common belief, this field cannot be restricted to data scientists and analysts departments.
Managers should have the skills to quickly assess the data and analyses they encounter, in addition to guiding the development of analytical procedures to fully leverage their power for decision-making. In addition, simple methods with large strategic leverage can be conducted without advanced training in analytics.
Objectives:
Trainees will learn simple techniques to assess data and statistics, conduct procedures with significant strategic impact despite their simplicity, and integrate all this information into their decision-making processes and communication.
